Fractional CTOs
Your clients need capacity. We are the bench.
When roadmap exceeds your bandwidth, plug in a senior team that respects your architecture, communicates like staff, and can stay invisible to your client when needed.
Built for technical leaders
Overflow without quality drop
Production-grade Next.js, mobile, and AI work — not junior ticket churn.
You stay in the lead
We implement your stack decisions, document handoffs, and align on PR standards.
Client-ready or invisible
Join your standups as your team, or deliver under your brand with agency-style NDAs.
How we plug in
01
Align
Stack, standards, client context, and how visible we should be.
02
Scope
Fixed partner quote or sprint capacity — agreed before kickoff.
03
Ship
Weekly demos, PRs you can review, and docs your client can inherit.
04
Handoff
Clean repos, runbooks, and optional ongoing capacity.
Capacity your clients can inherit
A fractional CTO usually needs hands, not another strategist. We take a written slice of the backlog: a Next.js surface, a mobile cut, an integration, or a rescue of a repo a previous vendor left behind. You set the stack, the review bar, and whether we appear on the client call. The quote names that capacity before the sprint starts.
Pull requests are yours to merge. Notes are written so the client, or the hire you make later, can run the system without us in the room. If the arrangement is white-label, we stay off the client thread. If you want us in the standup, we show up as part of your bench, not as a separate vendor pitching the account.
Questions from fractional CTOs
Never. We're an implementation arm. Your relationship and strategy stay yours; we stay behind the scenes unless you want us client-facing.
