You do not have to translate the build
The working session is in product language: who the user is, what they must be able to do, and what can wait. Tradeoffs show up as time, cost, and what a customer will notice. Stack names stay in the written scope so a future hire can read them. You do not have to referee a framework debate to keep the project moving.
Demos are the product, not a status slide. You click through the flow, and we note what is still open. Auth, payments, and the data you store are called out before they are surprises. When the build is done, you have the repo, a short handoff, and a person who will answer after launch.
