BuyerBuilds: buyer intent & outreach SaaS
Discover high-intent prospects, enrich lead data, score opportunities, and run multi-channel outreach from one system.
This case study covers how we built BuyerBuilds so a sales team could score intent and run outreach without three separate tools.

The problem
Sales teams juggle spreadsheets, enrichment tools, and outreach apps. Intent signals live in one place, contact data in another, and sequences in a third — with no reliable scoring layer.
The solution
BuyerBuilds unifies buyer-intent discovery, enrichment, lead scoring, and outreach workflows in a production SaaS built for real sales ops — modular pipelines that scale with dataset size.
What we built
- →Backend architecture and REST APIs for lead and account objects
- →Enrichment pipelines and background processing for large datasets
- →Scoring logic and workflow triggers for outreach
- →Database design for structured lead data and audit trails
- →Third-party integrations for enrichment and delivery
- →Production deployment and performance optimization
Outcomes
- ✓Single platform for intent → enrich → score → outreach
- ✓Modular enrichment logic that scales with volume
- ✓Production-grade reliability for daily sales workflows
How it shipped
Sales ops was already paying for three tools that did not share a record. BuyerBuilds treats a lead as one object: where the intent came from, what enrichment filled in, the score, and which sequence ran. Background jobs handle the slow enrichment so the app stays usable when a list is large. Every change to a lead is stored, which matters when someone asks why a contact was marked hot.
The build was phased. First the data model and APIs, then enrichment, then the outreach triggers. That order kept a half-finished sequence from emailing real prospects. It is deployed as a production SaaS the team uses in the workday, not a demo with sample rows.
