How it shipped
The first screen a customer sees is a project, not a settings maze. Accounts, roles, and a visibility score had to be obvious to someone who does not read query logs. Behind that view, the pipelines collect SEO signals and AI-search mentions and attach a next step to each gap. Billing hooks were in the first production cut so the product could charge without a second rebuild.
After launch the same engineers stayed on the repo. Scoring and new surfaces shipped as extensions, not a rewrite. The client owns the code, the database, and the hosting. StartBuilds still works on it because the product kept adding customers, including agency seats that watch more than one brand.
